The fruits and vegetables of my labor!
The yellow balls are lemon cucumbers and they taste like regular cucumbers. I made a creamy cucumber salad that my Uncle Lane made when we would visit. It was yummy!It's a lot of work being a farmer! I have a new respect for them!

that's great! Local veggies are really coming in around here. I have been given so much squach and zuchinni that I've had to search for new recipes. I'm going to make a zuchinni relish tomorrow. Almost time to can tomatoes too!

I live in an area of the country that is surrounded by farms. I know how hard they work. Who would have thought that you my dear California friend, would join their ranks. Beautiful looking produce.

There is nothing better than produce from your very own garden! I plant ever square inch of my small urban city lot! I just pulled some fresh garlic out of my garden last week and enjoyed the most wonderful garlic bread ever! I have my eyes on my potatoes now!
