Tired today!

I am so tired today...guess that's what happens when you are so close to 50 and you stay up all night.  Since last Thursday night when we stayed up all night waiting for the new grandbaby...I have been so out of sync and tired at night and even in the morning.  I have phone calls to make and I'm just not into it. I just want to go back to bed.  I've been laying on the couch since I got up and I can't move.  I have got to get something done today because I have Bella and Dylan tomorrow and I get nothing done anymore with them here.  I am not complaining..it's reality for those moms and grandmas with a 2 year old and a 7 month old in the house.  If only their naps would coincide.  Wishful thinking!  I'm really in a funk too with blogging...being so busy and not much exciting happening in my life besides a new baby of course.  I am looking forward to Thanksgiving at my house, Women's Christmas dinner at the church and then my birthday weekend.  With Christmas right around the corner...it all makes me tired!  I am going back to the couch to think about making those calls.  I've got to get them done today.  See you all later!

Girl, get yourself a massage. Then go home and rest. You need it. :-)

Hey, Connie - your schedule has been a little whacked lately so you're bound to feel it. As I've aged, fatigue has been a real problem for me. The best thing I have found for it is ---a nap! So, go indulge. When I retire I'm taking a nap every day! Unless the grandbaby is here. No rest for the weary then.

Listen to your body!!! It knows best.

I'll be praying for you friend.

you'll get back in the swing of things. It's just been a lot going on. The holidays are coming...and though they are a lot of work, they sure are fun too. Rest...get a massage and your nails done. you'll be good as new soon!

Beautiful, beautiful baby! I know what you mean about days like this. We all have them. I think we're entitled to being couch potatoes every so often, don't you?

Connie,
I know your time is precious with that new grandbaby but I hope you have time to stop by my blog and pick up a book tag I have for you. And I hope you'll find it fun.

Connie,
I was exhausted leading up to my 50th a couple weeks ago, but then once the big day and all the celebrations were over ~ I feel so much more rested.
It's really not so bad;)
Bless you, Cindy
PS Congrats on the newest grandchild!

Another 1958 baby. My 50th was in June. I held a big party and saw all my friends, many who are 50+, and how great they are doing, so it made me feel that being 50 is going to be just fine.
