I have done Weight Watchers *in my head* since I became a lifetime member over 10 years ago. I still count points...which really means counting calories. Right now I am trying to eliminate all FAKE sugar. No more yogurt with fake sugar, etc. Next Monday brings the elimination of Diet Coke. I not only want to stay small, I want to eat healthy. Good luck with your diet!
Yeah for you Connie!!!!! You go girl! I've been losing weight too.....I've been just watching what I've been eating and walking 4 miles a day.
but...wait...I now fractured my GOOD foot..so I'm in a boot for 4-6 weeks...BOO....so I hope I can keep my weight lose rollin' while I"m not able to walk.
I LOVE the thought of us keeping each other accountable!
I am with you my friend. I have chosen healthy eating for the last few years. I rarely eat sugar which for me is not a big sacrifice. For me, uping the exercise routine is my only way of getting in shape and staying there. I have slacked off in this area and now I am getting back. 3.5 pounds is wonderful! I am so proud of you. Every little bit helps.
well first....you look fabulous!! so congrats on the weight loss with Jenny! I am making no progress at all....was doing the treadmill and this morning pulled a muscle in my back so now I have to wait for that to heal....arghh. keep up the good work!
YAY Connie!! Congrats!!! My hubs, sisters and one brother-in-law started a "biggest loser" contest January 10th with a weigh-in every month until August. (8 months!!)
I have lost 8.5 lbs in 7 weeks!!! and my hubs has lost 15 lbs!! We are both on blood pressure and cholesterol meds so if we are able to get off the meds I will be thrilled!!! And if one of wins the $250.00 pot that will be the "icing on the cake"!!!

Well, for me it's seeing my A1C go sky high!! I MUST take some weight off AND cut out the sugar. My body is revolting:)
So whether it's Jenny, Nutri, WW or Trans I'll be working with you on the accountability part:)

Oh, that's great! I must lose a few lbs. Our son is graduating from college the end of April and I want to be thinner....hope it happens!
